This quick, non-invasive scan breaks down your body composition in real time, giving you a clear picture of:

Body fat percentage (visceral and subcutaneous)
Water balance + hydration
Segmental analysis (how each arm, leg, and your core are developing)
Every session follows a structured, intentional framework designed to help you move better, lift confidently, and age powerfully. Health + Nutrition Coaching Sessions may be added into packages if more support is needed in those areas.
