At Motivate.®, we believe fitness is more than a workout — it’s a catalyst for living vibrantly, aging powerfully, and connecting deeply with yourself and your community.
Our mission is to empower every body to move well, build meaningful strength, and stay inspired through expert instruction, diverse classes, and a supportive atmosphere where humor, grit, and growth thrive together. Through Motivate.® Movement, we help people rediscover the joy and freedom of moving their bodies. Through Motivate.® Training, we provide intentional coaching, progressive strength development, and individualized guidance to ensure our community continues to grow stronger, more capable, and more resilient with time.
We champion sustainable wellness, celebrate progress in all its forms, and meet each person where they are — whether they are beginning again, overcoming fear, or pursuing new levels of strength — so you can discover what motivates you to show up, push forward, and live life fully and with JOY inside and outside our studio walls.

With 75+ classes each week and 12+ different class styles across 3 studios at our Motivate.® Movement group classes we’ve got the workouts that will (finally!) make your fitness habits stick. and with personalized programming at motivate.® training, you are coached and held accountable to meet your goals.
Motivate is for everyone.
We really mean that. There is no one “type” of person who comes here. If you have a body and want to move well in it for a lifetime, then Motivate is for you. Try us out for two weeks for $69. Sample all the classes and all the instructors and all the studios!
