Arms + Abs
Motivate® Arms + Abs gets right to the point in this 30-minute express class. It is all arms and core work. We focus on all the major muscles in the arms and back with this strength-based workout and then center on the 360-degrees of muscle around the spine as we work the core. Efficient and fast.

Barre
Motivate® Barre is a dynamic, full-body, joint-safe workout that strengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body that originates in the Lotte Berk and A to Z Methods. Motivate® Barre is set to fun and upbeat music and combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and orthopedic exercises. The controlled movements are very focused, effective, and safe. (No coordination is necessary.) Proper alignment and form is the primary focus. Incorporated into each session are active stretches to develop more toned, sculpted, lengthened, and supple muscles. The entire body and mind are constantly working throughout each session. Every position is cued to properly achieve and maintain core engagement. Through this process, your body, posture, and physical awareness will be transformed. No area of the body is left undiscovered in a barre class. We will tap muscles you didn’t even know you had.

Barre Pilates Flow
Motivate® Barre Pilates Flow is a mat-based class that combines a steady flow of Pilates and barre exercises with restorative poses often found in a yoga class for a total body sculpt and tone workout. This is a perfect class to add to your weekly repertoire meant to slow things down while still delivering the Pilates and barre burn ya'll know and love.

Bootcamp
Motivate® Bootcamp is a mixed cardio and strength class that is a fun, high energy, fat-burning workout. Bootcamp will offer a different workout every week but will always incorporate both interval and strength training. Class will most often use heavy weights, agility equipment, jump ropes, plyo-boxes, battle ropes, and various resistance bands.

Booty Band Bootcamp
Motivate® Booty Band Bootcamp is a mat-based, booty sculpting class designed to tone and tighten the core & lower body. Light weights & various resistance bands will be used to target key areas of the thighs, hamstrings, glutes & abs.

Bounce + Barre
Motivate® Bounce + Barre is where a party meets a workout. Bounce + Barre combines a low-impact, beat-driven, cardio-blast of a workout on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) with the sculpting, postural, and core-focused elements of a barre class. Class ebbs and flows between bounce and barre to give you concentrated bounce intervals followed by time working on muscle strength and endurance. Expect to smile. The joy-factor is real!

Bounce + Build
Motivate® Bounce + Build is where a party meets a workout. Bounce + Build combines a low-impact, beat-driven, cardio-blast of a workout on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) with the strength components of a Strength + MetCon class. Class ebbs and flows between bounce and strength to give you concentrated bounce intervals followed by time lifting moderate to heavier weight with a focus on upper body. Expect to smile. The joy-factor is real!

CardioBounce
Motivate® CardioBounce is a 30-minute sweat session that is the ultimate in a joy-filled workout. Thirty minutes of a dance party on our mini-trampolines (rebounders) that combine steady-state, low-impact cardio with HIIT intervals for the ultimate is a heart-healthy experience. Expect to smile. The joy-factor is real!

Core Buns Guns (CBG)
Motivate® Core Buns Guns (CBG) is a client favorite. It is a high energy class that is designed to tone + tighten through various strength-based and endurance-based exercises. This class will focus on core, lower + upper body, sculpting from head to toe! We’ll get your cardio on too.

HIIT Ride
Motivate® HIIT Ride is a 30-minute indoor cycle class that maximizes your time in the saddle by incorporating high intensity interval training as well as more traditional climbs, jumps, and sprints. Expect high energy from the start with killer beats to keep you motivated and engaged.

Mat Pilates
Motivate® Mat Pilates is a feel-good, movement-driven, mat-based class that is athletic, soulful, powerful and empowering. After just a few classes you will start to see and feel a longer, leaner, and stronger you! We focus on core strength, increasing flexibility, and we move through a series of exercises designed to build strength with ease. The studio will be slightly warmed for class.

Power Pyramids
Motivate® Power Pyramids is a total body express workout that starts with one exercise and then adds a second exercise....and then a third and so on. Each set is made up of both strength and cardio-based exercises. Each exercise is 30 seconds of work with a small rest in between. Together we will work our way up and over the pyramid, building upon each exercise. It's a heck of a climb, but so worth it!

ShredRide
Motivate® ShredRide will get you shredded! We combine the best of indoor cycle with strength+metcon circuits on the mat for a total-body workout. This class is a ton of fun as it incorporates the high energy found in a cycle class, but also offers the sculpting often found in our circuit and mat-based classes. Core, cycle, legs, cycle, arms, cycle, boom, done!

Slow Flow Barre
Motivate® Slow Flow Barre gives you the opportunity to enjoy our signature barre class just way more CHILL! The music is more chill. The pace is more chill. You are more chill. Slow Flow Barre is all about finding strength in stillness. You will practice extended holds, while focusing deeply on breath and form. As you make your way through this gently paced, 55-minute barre class, you can expect soft lighting and smooth jams. It’s like a date night… with yourself.

Strength + Metabolic Conditioning
Motivate® Strength + Metabolic Conditioning is designed to build full body strength. Using a combination of resistance equipment and body weight, we will strengthen major muscle groups while keeping things fun and functional. This is your heaviest weight day...an important part of your movement practices! We do far less reps in Strength+MetCon and challenge you with increased weight moved in solid form! Training in this style improves bone density and promotes the strength of connective tissue, while also developing balance and coordination. This keeps our bodies resilient throughout our lives! Each class will also include a metabolic conditioning (metcon) series, where we will use weights and resistance in higher-intensity circuits. Metcon raises our metabolic demand and energy usage, while improving lean body mass. You’ll leave this class feeling powerful and with endorphins flowing!

Warm Power Vinyasa Flow
Motivate® Warm Power Vinyasa Flow is an energetic vinyasa practice focusing on mindful movement by linking body, mind and breath in a dynamic flow that will reconnect you with your own personal mind body connection. Classes are paced in a manner that is slow but strong. Room is heated to 75-degrees during the winter months with smaller room heaters available to heat your practice a few more degrees.

Warm Slow Flow Yoga
Motivate® Warm Slow Flow Yoga is a slow and mindful vinyasa practice that is followed by deep restorative postures. This slower practice allows time to explore the postures and your breath while building strength and balance in your body. Room is heated to 75-degrees during the winter months with smaller room heaters available to heat your practice a few more degrees.
