We believe it’s important to support our members in their social and emotional wellness, as well as their physical fitness!
Our Motivate.® Meet-Ups social gatherings are casual opportunities to get together outside the studio to get to know your Motivate.® friends and family, and sometimes we kick these up a notch such as Meet Ups to learn pickleball, make pottery or go Roller Skating!
We regularly bring in guest speakers for presentations and discussions about wellness topics of interest, such as Numerology, Pain Management, GLP-1s and Strength Training, Enneagrams, Peptides, and other workshops.
Our Motivate.® Book Clubs provide opportunities to get together and discuss books covering topics such as Sleep, Menopause, Happiness and Strength.
Motivate.® frequently presents Pop-Up Workshops as well, including events like DJ Bounce parties, Basics of Arm Balancing, Breathwork Workshops, Learn to Salsa, Puppy Yoga, Candlelit Cello Yoga Flow and more!
